  • Industry can sponsor its employees for the said programme by paying requisite fees. Under option-b) industry will pay the fees for its candidates and ask them to join after successful completion of training. With this, the company can save good money on account of two months of salary for each of the candidate and get the most cost effective certified quality professionals who can right away be put on the job. As regards, existing employees, qualification is not that significant aspect but experience in the related field is must. Industry can exercise its discretion judiciously in this regard and sponsor accordingly, whereas, for the new recruits degree, diploma in textile, and B.Sc would be preferred.

  • Textile institutes running degree and diploma courses in various streams of textile discipline, Institutes running fashion and garment manufacturing courses may think of this programme as sandwich course or internship for their final year students. This would help the institutes to provide ready to use skilled manpower to the industry in spite of having inadequate education and training infrastructure and gradually develop a strong interphase between industry and institute which is the need of the hour in view of the employment generation.

  • Buying houses can sponsor merchandisers for skill development in the quality related area. This would develop better understanding between the buying house and Supplier Company and help in reducing the lead-time.

  • Any individual who are looking for better career prospects in terms of pay and position and for self employment can also enroll themselves by paying requisite fees.
