Scheme: Scheme for Capacity Building in Textiles Sector – SAMARTH Advertisement: RSA/2024-25/06 Textiles Committee, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India is the Resource Support Agency (RSA) and knowledge partner for implementation of the Scheme for Capacity Building of Textile Sector - SAMARTH. The Textiles Committee is looking for candidates for the below contractual positions to be engaged through Walk-In-Interview.

Conditions for Candidates

1. Candidates should bring the application in the prescribed format, along with a self-attested copy of certificates, testimonials, and a recent passport-size photograph.
2. Original supporting documents (D.O.B., education, experience, valid Government ID, etc.) must be presented for verification at the time of the interview.
3. If a candidate does not meet eligibility criteria or fails document verification, they will be disqualified.
4. No allowances or additional compensation will be provided apart from the consolidated pay.
5. During the contract period, no earned or medical leave is permitted, except for one paid leave day per 1.5 months of service.
6. Providing false information or documents will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature and legal action.
7. The offer is temporary and does not confer any right to a regular appointment.
8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
9. Selected candidates may be required to work on weekends and/or holidays as per work exigencies, with no additional compensation.

Conditions for Candidates

3. If the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or the documents are not verified, they will not be eligible for further processing and will be treated as rejected.

5. No earned leave or medical leave is permitted. Paid leave of absence will be allowed at the rate of 1 day for each completed 1.5 months of service.
6. If, at any stage, it is found that the candidate has submitted false/fabricated information/documents, their candidature will be canceled immediately, and they will be liable for legal action.

Eligibility Criteria

Position: Senior Project Associate (erstwhile Project Associate) No. of Positions: 1 Emoluments Consolidated pay up to Rs. 80,000/- (Emoluments may differ as per experience & qualification). No other perquisites or allowances will be admissible. For retired persons (from Govt. Dept, cooperative banks, or similar institutions), emoluments will be as per DoPT guidelines but shall not exceed Rs. 80,000/-. Terms of Employment: Purely on a contractual basis till 31st March 2026 or till the completion of the Samarth Scheme, whichever is earlier. Organization: Textiles Committee Division: RSA (Resource Support Agency) Place of Posting: Tentatively at New Delhi; may also be placed in RSA (HQ) at Mumbai. Educational Qualification(s) Essential: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Desirable: Master's Degree or MBA. Experience Essential: At least 5 years of experience in general office administration at a senior level, thorough knowledge of financial and administrative rules, and sound knowledge of MS Office. Skills Requirements

1. Writing skills in English; working knowledge of more Indian languages is preferable.
2. Experience in using document-related software (e.g., MS Office, Google Docs) and data handling.

वस्त्र समिति ने पेंशनभोगियों की लंबित शिकायतों, यदि कोई हो, और किसी अन्य समस्याग्रस्त मुद्दे से निपटने के लिए 07.02.2025 (शुक्रवार) को सुबह 11.30 बजे वर्चुअल मोड (वेबेक्स प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग) के माध्यम से पेंशन अदालत आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है। The Textiles Committee has decided to hold a PENSION ADALAT for the pensioners of the Textiles Committee on 07.02.2025 (Friday) at 11.30 AM through virtual mode (Video Conferencing via Webex platform) to address pending grievances, if any, and any other problematic issues. The PENSION ADALAT will be conducted in the presence of the following officers/officials:

Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400018. Bidders are requested to submit their proposals as per the specifications and quantities outlined below: Specifications

Terms and Conditions:

1. The bid shall be on letter-head of the bidder and submitted in a sealed cover  mentioning “Repairing of window and white wash & painting painting of residential quarter at Poonam Apartment, at Textiles Committee, Prabhadevi, Mumbai” on or before 05.11.2024 till 3.00 PM.
2. EMD :  Interest free EMD of Rs.8000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of “Textiles Committee” to be submitted along with bid. Non submission of requiste EMD shall reject the bid. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned back within 45 days after selection of successful bidder. EMD shall be forfeited incase of alteration of quoted rates and/ or non acceptance of work order after selection/ placement of work order.
3. Performance Security: The successful bidder shall deposit 5% of total value of contract with Textiles Committee by way of DD as interest free security deposit. In case of non satisfactory performance or breach of contracts the performance security @ 5% so deposited with Textiles Committee shall be forfeited.
4. The proposed work is enclosed only for reference/ explanatory purpose. The rates shall only be quoted on actual site visit.
5. The bidder shall visit the residential  quarter at Poonam Apartment, Dr A.B.Road, Worli, Mumbai -400018 for inspection & measurement at site before due date & time only.
6. Textiles Committee shall not be responsible for any delay in receipt of bid or non-receipt of bid sent by post/ courier. The parties shall submit the bidby post/ courier/ hand delivery in the Admn-HK division of Textiles Committee, Mumbai on or before the due date.
7. Textiles Committee has the right to accept or reject all or particular bid at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
8. Payment Terms: The payment will be made on satisfactory completion of work as per the specification contained in the work order and within the time as stipulated in work order. No advance payment.
9. No damage shall be caused to the property of Textiles Committee & to the property of housing society & nearby houses while carrying out the assigned work. Any damage to the aforesaid properties shall be recovered from the selected party in terms of money or replacement/repair of said property.
10. The work should be carried out within 30 days at the said site at Worli Mumbai at the said cost after receipt of theWork Order.
11. The bid should be on actual site visit as per specification given on bidders letterhead.
12. The bid should be forwarded  in sealed cover mentioning “Repairing of window and white wash & panting of the Residential Quarter at Poonam Apartment, Dr A.B.Road, Worli, Mumbai -400018 shall be submitted on company letter head address to the Deputy Director (Administration Housekeeping), Textiles Committee, P.
