The Ministry of Textiles (MoT), Govt. of India vide their notification No. 14/01/2022-Samarth, dated 12.08.2022 has notified the Textiles Committee as the Central Nodal Agency (CNA) for SAMARTH Scheme for implementation of revised procedure for flow of funds under Central Sector Schemes citing the instruction of DoE.
The Ministry of Textiles (MoT) vide their letter No. (F.NO. 14/01/2022-SAMARTH, dated 18th April, 2024), nominated the Textiles Committee, as main agency to implement the Model-1 Treasury Single Account (TSA).
